Pen Tablets - All models - We fixed an issue so that you can now map pen tablets to two monitors that have the same monitor ID and serial number. Known Issues: - Cintiq Pro - DTH-1620 - After enabling and then disabling Tablet mode on a Cintiq Pro 16 and restarting the computer, touch functionality stops working.
I see I am not the only one with this issue.
- Fine-tuned a variety of behind-the-scenes features to improve the customer experience. If you have installed Catalina (10.15), see these important instructions to assure that the new operating system's security settings allow the Wacom driver to function correctly.; More seamless sharing of driver settings across multiple tablets of the same type.
- This driver release supports the new Wacom MobileStudio Pro DTH-W1321 and DTH-W1621 tablet computers. It is also compatible with the current beta release of macOS 10.15 (Catalina, beta 5). If you’re running macOS 10.15, the Pen Calibration function does not work. The calibration window is displayed on the primary monitor and it can’t be.
- I fixed a bug in Wacom's 5.3.7-6 macOS driver that was stopping my Bamboo Pen tablet driver from working on Catalina 10.15.2, and I'm sharing that fix here in the hopes that it rescues some other tablets from the junk pile!
- Pen display shows a black screen. My display now works on latest drivers on MacOS Catalina 10.15.5. Brandon Lamb. Exact issue, and this was working fine on my mac a day ago. After updating driver, the device shows connected, the pen on the screen even works, but no display. The problem for me is the tablet driver screw up with the HDMI.
Install current Wacom bundle, and my computer hangs at bootup with two different versions of the driver software.

The tablet still works with the ancient drivers that were already running on the system.
I had to reinstall the OS twice as nothing fixes this and even safe mode won't boot.
I see that this is the same issue that others were having with this. I suspect there may be in an issue with the VirtualBox kernel modules as that is where my system halts in verbose mode.
It crashes my MacBook with the latest version as well. That version is said to be compatible with 10.15 (Catalina).
If you are trying to run this through VirtualBox (?)
It would be interesting to test this against a trial version of Parallels Desktop and see if the issue resolves

The alternative of course would be to fall back and revert your mocOS if it is mission critical to your work flow.
